You will learn how power changes professional responsibility, how to disagree or say no constructively, how digital behaviour affects credibility, and how to use AI without compromising confidentiality, judgement, or accountability.
This course teaches professional judgement, not universal rules. Company policy, legal and safety obligations, accessibility needs, cultural context, and individual preference can all override a general etiquette guideline. Where those apply, they come first.
